THE THE ESSENCE OF HUMAN POTENTIAL FORMATION THROUGH THE EDUCATIONAL PRISM OF HEALTH-ORIENTED MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the problems of improving the system of professional education of future managers. It is about the neediness of health-oriented educational paradigm in the training process of future managers, which will contribute to the formation of human potential.

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the essence of human potential formation through the educational prism of health-oriented management.

Factors affecting the level and quality of life of an individual are analyzed. Aspects of health-oriented management in the context of human development are revealed. The essence of the educational paradigm of health-oriented management is revealed.

The educational paradigm of health-oriented management training of future managers is declared as the universality of their professional preperation. It is noted that the competence of  future managers in matters of health-oriented management depends on the integrativeness of the training process in the higher educational establishments, but most importantly, on the fundamentalization and complementarity of the content of the training process. It is pointed out that the competitiveness of graduates-future managers, their demand in the labor market depends not only on the knowledge of the economic component of the content of education, but also on their creative capabilities of health-oriented management.

The main priorities of the educational content of health-oriented management are defined as follows: the decisive role of the years of a person's healthy life in society; combination of social, economic and psychophysiological individuality of a person in all life manifestations; conscious transformations in the content of professional education of future managers for their healthoriented management skills formation.
