EXPERIENCE OF PRACTICAL LEGAL ACTIVITY IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF HIGHER EDUCATION SPECIALTIES «081 – LAW»

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of practical legal activity in the process of professional training of applicants for higher education in the specialty «081 – Law». The educational environment of Ukraine on the basis of European integration, humanism and national identity, requires the definition of new strategic and tactical guidelines in the training of future lawyers. The article analyzes the theoretical and practice-oriented provisions of professional training of applicants for higher legal education. Based on a comprehensive study, the article specifies the general problem of improving the professional and pedagogical training of future bachelors in «081 – Law». The purpose of the article is to analyze the problem of relevance of studying the experience of practical legal activity in the process of professional training of applicants for higher education in the specialty «081 – Law».
Conclusions. 1. Applicants for higher education in the specialty «081 – Law» must have a clearly formed professional position in jurisprudence and clearly navigate the legal framework of Ukraine. This will help shape the training and position of future lawyers. 2. Legal practice is an important and necessary factor in the training of future bachelors in law. 3. Multilevel interactive interaction of the subjects of the educational process ensures the effectiveness of the processes of formation of professional competence of future bachelors in the specialty «081 – Law». 4. Teachers of higher education, both compulsory and elective disciplines, who teach for higher education students majoring in «081 – Law», should provide support for an individual educational program, developing individual and group tasks. 5. Factors contributing to the improvement of professional and pedagogical training of future bachelors in the specialty «081 – Law» are: development of criteria and indicators that allow monitoring of the research process; application in the educational process of modular technologies that provide the use of information from disciplines of different cycles for the training of lawyers.
