HEALTH CARE OF HIGHER EDUCATION ACQUISITIONS UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF MARITAL STATE

Abstract

In the conditions of martial law, the problem of health care for students of higher education in various specialties is becoming more urgent. Formation, preservation and strengthening of the health of young people is one of the priorities of the educational policy of Ukraine. Martial law was introduced from 05:30 on February 24, 2022 for a period of 30 days. As a result, blended learning and distance forms of education have been activated in the universities of our country.

The purpose of the article is to analyze the problem of health care for students of higher education in various specialties under martial law.

In the conditions of martial law, there is a need to strengthen the motivational factor in obtaining new knowledge about health-saving technologies. The use of these technologies in institutions of higher education, the objective assessment of health-saving competencies affects the active implementation of academic culture and academic integrity of students and university teachers.

It is important to highlight more concretely both the theoretical and practical principles of the blended form of education in higher education and study the experience of working in cyber universities (Cyber University), which will implement the educational process with partial use of online opportunities.

University administrations need to improve the social and emotional well-being of students of higher education in various specialties, scientific and pedagogical workers in the conditions of martial law.

Disadvantages of distance and blended learning in the conditions of martial law are: technical problems, impossibility of access to the Internet, the difficulty of mastering the material independently, insufficiently high level of knowledge of information technologies by teachers and students of higher education.

Health care issues related to the organization of the educational process under martial law: the end of the 2021/2022 academic year (especially for those taking graduate courses); motivation to teach and study in conditions of constant uncertainty, unstable psycho-emotional state and frequent air raid alerts, and for some participants of the educational process who continued to be in the zone of active military operations, shelling.
