Abstract

In the modern world, professional burnout has become one of the most pressing problems, which negatively affects both the efficiency of employees and the overall productivity of companies. Stressful situations associated with the peculiarities of the working environment create significant psychological stress, contributing to emotional exhaustion and loss of motivation.

One of the key problems is dirty competition, which creates an atmosphere of distrust, intrigue and constant fear for one's workplace. Management strategies based on authoritarian methods or the absence of transparent mechanisms for evaluating employees only increase psychological pressure. Relationships in the team often become an additional factor in the formation of stress, when conflicts and manipulations dominate instead of cooperation and support.

Another serious challenge to the emotional health of employees is information disinformation and dirty PR, which can negatively affect both the reputation of individual employees and the general moral

climate in the company. The spread of false information or distortion of facts creates a sense of uncertainty and reduces the level of trust in both management and colleagues.

Special attention should be paid to difficult working conditions and the lack of career growth, which are often the main factors of professional burnout. High physical and emotional fatigue, low pay, limited opportunities for development lead to a loss of motivation and desire to stay in the company. As a result, organizations are faced with the problem of losing specialists, as employees, not receiving proper psychological support, are forced to look for a more favorable environment for work.

Given these challenges, companies should review their HR strategies, paying attention to the implementation of psychological support programs, creating a favorable working climate and combating destructive elements of corporate culture. Only in this way can a healthy atmosphere in the team be ensured and the negative consequences of burnout and stress among employees be prevented. In the process of adapting to professional activity, employees encounter various psychological problems and stressful situations that can affect their emotional state, motivation and professional qualities. Psychological preparation, support and orientation to creating a favorable psychological climate are key factors in successful professional development.
