RESPONSE TO THE TEXTBOOK «METHODOLOGY OF SOCIAL-EDUCATIONAL WORK IN MODERN CONDITIONS» BY LILIA MANCHULENKO

Abstract

The textbook «Methods of social educational work in modern conditions» was written by the author Lilia Manchulenko in 2012 on the basis of Chernivtsi National University. Note that the textbook is relevant today and is an important component of scientific sources for the training of future professionals in the social sphere.

The textbook covers the theoretical foundations of social education and social educational work in general secondary education. Each of the topics is offered educational and practical tasks for research activities of applicants for higher education in higher education institutions of pedagogical specialties.

The author considers insufficiently studied socio-pedagogical activities aimed at fulfilling the tasks of social education and socio-pedagogical protection of children in general secondary education.

The purpose of the article is to analyze the content of the textbook «Methods of social and educational work in modern conditions», written by scientist Lilia Manchulenko in 2012 on the basis of Chernivtsi National University.

In her research, the author argues that the textbook «Methods of social educational work in modern conditions» (2012) contributes to the optimal preparation of future teachers for educational work with one person and a group of people for socialization of children, their creative development and formation, and also to overcome difficult life circumstances in the
system of social institutions (school, family, out-of-school education institutions).

Conclusions. We should emphasize the relevance of the textbook of domestic scientist L. Manchulenko «Methods of social educational work in modern conditions» (2012). Scientific work has enriched and improved the social and educational process in modern general secondary education institutions and in out-of-school education institutions.
