INDEPENDENT WORK OF STUDENTS OF HIGHER EDUCATION (BACHELOR) SPECIALTY 081 «LAW» IN CONDITIONS OF DISTANCE EDUCATION

Abstract

The specificity of distance learning requires an increase in the share of independent work of higher education applicants and the use of information and communication technologies. Improving the independent work of students of higher education is one of the ways to train a qualified specialist in the legal field.

The purpose of the article is to analyze the theoretical foundations of independent work of higher education applicants of the bachelor’s degree in the specialty 081 «Law».

The article analyzes the need of future bachelors of the specialty 081 «Law» in selfeducation, self-development, self-improvement, mastery of solid and deep knowledge, which is due to the correct organization of independent work of students of higher education.

Conclusions. 1. In the conditions of distance learning, the organization of independent work of higher education applicants of the bachelor’s degree in the specialty 081 «Law» depends on a number of factors, in particular: modernization of the content of educational components; application of modern educational technologies for the formation of legal communicative
competence; creation of conditions for increasing independence and responsibility of students with the aim of forming self-education abilities and skills. In addition, the individualization of the independent work of higher education students helps to increase the success of their research activities, creates conditions for independent choice, self-determination and self-realization. 2. Modern distance educational technologies make it possible to create pedagogical support for the independent work of higher education applicants of the bachelor’s degree in the specialty 081 «Law», to implement online testing, to develop electronic educational resources for independent study of the regulatory and legal framework, to offer an algorithm for independent work with Internet resources to improve skills study of legal disciplines and law enforcement. 3. The effective organization of independent work of applicants in the conditions of distance learning in modern institutions of higher education is designed to increase their motivation in mastering legal disciplines and further law enforcement. However, constant control of the quality of initial information and methodical aspects of distance education of students of higher education in specialty 081 «Law» still require special attention.
