LECTURE-ART POLIOLOGY AT THE PHILOLOGY FACULTIES IN UNIVERSITIES

Abstract

The author of this article characterizes the lecture-artistic polylogue as an active form of studying literature in institutions of higher education, reveals the peculiarities of the activities of the subjects of this educational form, outlines the requirements for the lecture, defines its functions, names the optimal methods and techniques used by the teacher during its conduct.

The research methodology is based on the conceptual provisions of higher school didactics, methods and forms of teaching organization in higher education institutions, on the developed system of creativity development of future teachers of literature in the context of their professional and methodological training.

It is proved that the lecture-art polylogue is multifunctional, it performs the following main functions: educational, developmental, educational, diagnostic-corrective, control, communicative, self-realization, self-affirmation, plural, creative, integrative, facilitative, singular, interactive, hedonistic, adaptive, socialization, empathic, emotional, etc.

A polylogue at a lecture is a collaboration of participants in the educational process, on the one hand – different microgroups of students, on the other – students and a teacher for the purpose of joint interpretation of works of art, collective search for solutions to artistic problems.

A well-prepared and skillfully conducted lecture-art polylogue forms an educated, harmoniously developed future teacher of the Ukrainian language and literature, capable of constant updating of scientific and artistic knowledge, abilities and skills, professional mobility.

For example, the author of the article presents an approximate plan of the lecture-artistic polylogue «Olexandr Dovzhenko – a great son of the Ukrainian people: artist, screenwriter and film director, writer». This lecture consists of various artistic blocks – literature and arts related to it: visual, theatrical, cinematographic. It is well-founded that this lecture is also collective: future teachers of literature unite in creative microgroups, which together with the teacher characterize certain artistic blocks.
