Abstract

The article analyzes the components of pedagogical and psychological professional training of students of higher legal education, specialty 081 «Law». The influence of the organization of practical legal activities within the framework of the educational process on ensuring the quality of training of students of higher legal education is highlighted. The goal of psychological and pedagogical training of higher education applicants is analyzed. It was established that Ukrainian society needs competent lawyers who have not only professional knowledge, abilities and skills, but also mobility, dynamism, constructiveness, ability to adapt, and the ability to realize their creative abilities in the field of law.

The purpose of the article is to characterize the components of pedagogical and psychological training of students of higher legal education, specialty 081 «Law» in the conditions of the masters degree.

Conclusions. 1. The process of professional training of students of higher legal education, specialty 081 «Law» demonstrates the general problems of the professional development of a future lawyer, predicts and implements its direction, content, stages of development. 2. The problem that affects the quality of training of students of higher legal education in the specialty 081 «Law» is the organization of practical activities within the framework of the educational process. 3. During the educational process, students of higher legal education, both bachelors and masters degrees, participate in conferences of various levels, which stimulates and activates their research activities. 4. The set of professionally important roles of higher legal education graduates includes the following: diagnostician, researcher, consultant, motivator, organizer, orator. 5. The system of pedagogical and psychological professional training has a professional focus, both with the aim of training a future specialist in the specialty

«lawyer». 6. The purpose of psychological and pedagogical training of students of higher legal education is determined by the system of higher education standards, including the State industry standard for the specialty «Law».
