Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of professional success of the future teacher. The article analyzes the theoretical and practice-oriented provisions of professional training, which testify to the purposeful formation of professional success of the future teacher. On the basis of a comprehensive study, the article specifies the general pedagogical training as a managed system that is purposefully designed and developed; as an objectively existing process of mastering professional knowledge by a future teacher, developing general pedagogical skills and abilities. 

The purpose of the article is to analyze the problem of professional success of future teachers in the works of domestic scientists.

It is stated that for our research the model of teacher training is scientifically substantiated, in which knowledge, skills and abilities were optimally correlated; combined theory and practice; pedagogical tools were used in a balanced way.

It is determined that there is a change of views on the structure of the educational process: a change of emphasis from the knowledge component of the teacher to the practical effective, with innovative methods of knowledge transfer and democratic style of communication between teacher and students. The main tasks of pedagogical education according to the Concept of pedagogical education are specified: creation of integral system of continuous pedagogical education taking into account domestic experience, national traditions and tendencies of development of world educational systems; training of a teacher capable of ensuring the comprehensive development of man as a person and the highest value of society; organization of career guidance work and selection of talented young people to study in higher pedagogical educational institutions. It is substantiated that this contributes to the acquisition by students of higher education of skills and abilities of professional success. The professional success of teachers of modern educational institutions is based on the principles of integrity, individuality and cultural appropriateness.
